Where do I go if I need assistance?

Any member of our event staff (ushers/ticket takers) can provide assistance.

What time do doors open to the public for each event?

Typically doors open 1 hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event page on our website for the correct time.

When is the box office open?
-
The Doggett Ford Park Box Office is open from 10am-5pm Monday through Friday, and 3 hours before the start of an event on Saturday or Sunday.

At what age do I need to purchase my child a ticket?
-
Generally, children 24 months and younger are admitted free of charge for family events as long as they are sitting on a lap unless otherwise stated by the event. For all other performances, all patrons require a ticket. Please check out the event page to get specific ticketing details for children.

How old must children be to attend an event without being accompanied by an adult?

Children 14 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older when attending all events.

Can we book a suite for a single event?

Suites are available for some shows in the Arena and seat between 12-16 people, and private boxes are available for some shows in the Pavilion and seat between 6-12 people. Availability, price and location are determined by the show set-up. Call 409-951-5427 or email for more information.

Are there ATMs inside the building?

Yes, ATM’s can be found near in the main lobby connecting Ford Arena and Ford Exhibit Hall. ATM's will also be available at Ford Pavilion during an event.

What do I need with a credit card purchase?

You must have proper picture ID with the same name as listed on the credit card.

Can I bring outside food or beverage into the venue?
-
Doggett Ford Park prohibits all outside food and beverages from being brought into the venue. If you have an allergy or medical/dietary restriction that requires you to carry a specific item, please notify the event staff prior to entering.

What items are prohibited at Ford Park?

Prohibited items include:
- Aerosol Cans
- Air Horns or any other noise maker may also be prohibited at the discretion of management
- Alcoholic Beverages or Illegal Drugs
- Animals (Except Certified Service Animals)
- Backpacks
- Beach Balls, Helium Balloons or Other Inflatables
- Professional Cameras or Video and Audio Recording Devices
- Confetti, Fireworks, Firearms or Other Weapons
- Glass, Plastic or Metal Containers
- Ice Chests (Coolers) or Thermos Containers
- Laser Pointers
- Outside Food and Beverage
- Parcels, Packages or Items the Contents of Which Are Not Displayed
- Skateboards or Roller Blades
- Sticks or Clubs (Including Signs or Banners Attached to Sticks)
- Selfie Sticks
- Drones
- Go-Pro Devices
- IPads/tablets
- Folding Chairs
- Water Bottles or Mugs
Prohibited items also include any items that in the judgment of facility management pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other guests.

Can I exit the gates and get back into an event?

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is NOT permitted. Exceptions are made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Check with an Event Services supervisor at the door.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
-
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of canceled events or refused admission by Doggett Ford Park. Guests wanting to return tickets for canceled events must do so at their point of purchase. Due to tight touring schedules, there will be no rain outs at Ford Pavilion. Raincoats and ponchos are the preferred protection for rainy day conditions. Since the use of umbrellas would block the view of other paying guests, umbrellas are not allowed. Also, if you have a lawn seat and it has been raining you may want to bring a piece of plastic to place under your blanket to keep it from getting wet.

Can I take photos during Ford Park events?

It is extremely important to know that each show will have its own unique restrictions on photography and video, but generally, the following standard restrictions apply to Doggett Ford Park shows:
- No Video Recording from any source
- No Audio Recording from any source
- No Professional Cameras- a camera, digital or otherwise, with a detachable/interchangeable lens of any size/type
Please also note that selfie sticks, go-pro devices, and iPads are not permitted inside the venue. Please note that in all instances the show camera policy supersedes the Doggett Ford Park standing camera policy.

Are there smoking areas at Ford Park?

Ford Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking areas are located outside of the main lobby and on the steps outside the concourse glass doors on the west side of Ford Arena. Smoking in Ford Pavilion is allowed in the plaza areas, but not under the Pavilion cover.
Medical marijuana and electronic cigarettes are also not allowed to be used within Doggett Ford Park.

Does Ford Park have a lost and found?

Doggett Ford Park has partnered with Boomerang to get you back the items you love. To submit a lost and found report, please click here. If your item is located, a Doggett Ford Park Team Member will get back to you. Items that have been found will be stored in a locked storage area for 30 days before being discarded of or donated if not claimed. Lost and Found is located in the Administration Office located to the left of the Box Office windows at Ford Arena.
